平衡针为主配合中医整脊治疗罕见性手足不自主运动症医案

【摘要】 不自主运动 (Ｉｎｖｏｌｕｎｔａｒｙｍｏｖｅｍｅｎｔｓ)在多种神经系统疾病中可以见到 ,表现形式多种多样 ,无特殊检查方法,其诊断仍靠临床观察。本医案是1例临床罕见的手足不自主运动，其主要症状和临床表现与一般常见的不自主运动症不同，国内外同行专家鲜见此病。患者先后辗转求治于福建、湖南、北京等多家知名三甲医院，4年来，病因不明，诊断不清，治疗效果不明显。患者因病致穷，没有信心坚持治疗，恰遇精准挂钩扶贫好政策，领导牵线，有缘就诊于本门诊。详细了解病情，综合诸症状，依据“心理失衡可以改变遗传基因程序，提前启动、激发重大疾病的发生”平衡针灸学科创新理论，认为该病是患者长期心理失衡导致其大脑高级中枢指挥系统对运动子系统等支配调控紊乱、失常，遂用平衡针针刺中枢神经分布在外周神经上的靶穴来调节、修复大脑基因程序，调节修复大脑中枢对子系统运动中枢的管控功能。本列罕见手足不知主运动症采用平衡针灸为主配合中医整脊治疗的方法治疗，每周5次，3个月为1疗程，经过3个疗程治疗后，患者手足不自主运动症状改善90%，临床治愈。现报告如下。

【Abstract】 Involuntary motions can be seen ina variety of nervous system diseases. Their manifestations are various andthere are no special examinations. The diagnosis is still based on clinicalobservation. This case is a case of clinical rare hand-foot involuntarymovements, the main symptoms and clinical manifestations of the general andcommon involuntary movement disorders different from domestic and foreignexperts rarely see the disease. Patients have been removed for treatment inFujian, Hunan, Beijing and many other well-known top three hospitals, 4 years,the cause is unknown, the diagnosis is not clear, the treatment effect is notobvious. Patients due to illness caused by poor, no confidence to adhere totreatment, just meet the precise policy of good poverty alleviation, leadingthe match, destined for treatment in this clinic.
