科技赋能平衡针灸在基层护理健康管理中的实践研究

摘要:平衡针灸是源自军事医学、依托国家重大科研项目并已纳入国家中医药适宜技术推广体系的现代针灸创新技术。该学科根植于部队军事医学，深耕训练伤防治领域，以国家“973”重大基础研究计划夯实理论根基，经国家中医药管理局认证并向全国推广。军队的临床实践孕育了平衡针灸学科的创立，国家政策与科研支撑推动了其成熟与普及，使其成为新时代中医现代化、科技化的代表性创新成果。

Abstract: Balanced acupuncture is an innovative modern acupuncture technique originating from military medicinesupported by major national research projects, and incorporated into the national traditional Chinese medicine (TC)appropriate technology promotion system. Rooted in military medicine, this discipline specializes in the preventionand treatment of training injuries. It is grounded in the theoretical foundation of the national “973” major basicresearch plan, certifed by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and promoted nationwideThe clinical practice of the military gave rise to the establishment of balanced acupuncture, while national policiesand research support have driven its maturation and widespread adoption, making it a representative innovation inthe modernization and technological advancement ofTCM in the new era.

1科技赋能平衡针灸在基层健康护理中的技术定位
1.1 科技赋能平衡针灸神经调控护理技术
　　平衡针灸精准定位于现代针灸与脑针灸的神经调控技术，靶向作用于人体中枢及外周神经系统聚焦当代人群的心理神经与脑功能健康。其核心技术原理为:通过针刺外周神经特异性靶点，激活大脑中枢的自主调控功能，纠正机体失衡状态，实现病变部位的生理修复。该技术充分依托人体与生俱来的自我修复系统，激活自愈基因程序，开启生命自我修复机制，真正实现依靠白身机能疗愈疾病。
1.2 科技赋能平衡针灸的护理功能整合
　　从功能定位看，平衡针灸兼具全科诊疗、心理干预与康养保健三重价值，整合了全科医生的诊疗职能、心理医生的疏导技能与保健医生的养护功能[11。技术立足大健康预防理念，兼顾疾病治疗与机体修复，覆盖全人群、全场景、全生命周期的健康需求，助力民众实现自主健康、主动健康掌握自身健康的主动权。
1.3 生命周期健康护理机制
平衡针灸本质上是脑调控医学技术，其核心在于激活大脑中枢神经的指挥调控系统，守护人脑功能稳态与身心健康，适配人类生、老、病、衰的全生命历程。技术源于军营、服务官兵，根植人民、造福大众。新时代背景下，平衡针灸坚守“铁杆中医”初心，以培育基层生命健康卫士为核心目标依托技术优势落地“9+2”国家公益工程，全方位、多场景普及中医适宜技术，助力健康中国战略实施［2］，扛起中医药传承创新
